Dear Robla School District Families,

I am delighted to welcome you to the 2024-2025 school year! I hope your summer was both relaxing and full of rewarding experiences. As I embark on my second year as your Superintendent, I am eager to see both new and returning students back in our schools. Whether this is your child’s first year with us or their final one before advancing to middle school, I’m confident that this year will be filled with endless possibilities and opportunities.

At the Robla School District, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional educational and social-emotional experience for every student. This commitment is supported by our engaged parents and community members, who share our passion for student success. Our dedicated educators and support staff bring their expertise to the classrooms each day, working tirelessly to create meaningful learning experiences and opportunities for all.  We are dedicated to supporting the whole student, understanding that both physical and mental well-being are crucial for academic success. This year, we are expanding and improving our mental health and wellness programs with the introduction of a new partnership with Elica, which will bring a mobile van to provide on-site services. We will continue to nurture our students with hope, kindness, and love, enriching them with the knowledge, character, and wisdom they need to flourish. Our aim is to guide them to blossom into dynamic examples of creativity, curiosity, intelligence, citizenship, leadership, and integrity.  Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion remains strong.

This year, we will kick off with professional development through our partnership with Changing Perspectives, focusing on inclusive practices. We are also committed to implementing programs and initiatives both inside and outside the classroom to help all students cultivate the knowledge, attitudes, and skills needed to thrive in a diverse world Last year, I introduced my strategic plan, "Blossoms of Greatness." This year, we will officially roll it out, with new opportunities for staff and community involvement. I’m excited about the upcoming school year and eager to work together to achieve our shared goals, ensuring that every student reaches their full potential.
