For 6th-8th Grade Families

​​The Sierra Health Foundation, Kaiser Permanente, and Sacramento County Public Health are hosting an online COVID-19 Vaccine Educational Forum for Parents and Guardians on November 4 from 6pm to 7:30pm.  The focus of this session will be families with children ages 12 and up.  The session will also be recorded and made available for viewing online afterwards.  A session focusing on ages 5 to 11 is being planned for later this Fall. Interpreters for all of the languages listed below will also be included.
